  First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't
  mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing.
  I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10
  to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to
  figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

  Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea
  shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear
  and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
